By creating an account or using Poppin Fanfics, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian permits your use. Content identified as mature is intended only for users aged 18 or older. You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for you. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content and permission to host it

You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting content, you give Poppin Fanfics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform. You may end this license for future use by deleting the content or your account, subject to reasonable backups and legal obligations.

Fan fiction and third-party rights

Poppin Fanfics is an independent fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by featured artists, celebrities, groups, agencies, labels, businesses, or rights holders. Stories are fictional. You must separate fiction from reality and must not present fictional events as facts. You may submit only content you have the right to share and must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights.

Mature fictional content

Mature fictional themes, including violence, strong language, substance use, and consensual sexual content involving adults, may be published when clearly identified with a “Mature” tag and an appropriate content warning. Mature content is provided for adult readers at their own discretion. A mature label does not permit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited material, and it does not remove an author’s responsibility to respect third-party rights.

Copyright and takedown requests

Rights holders may email hello@poppinph.com with the subject “Copyright Takedown Request.” Include your name and contact information, the protected work, the exact Poppin Fanfics URL, the material claimed to infringe, a good-faith statement explaining the claim, confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a request and may contact the uploader. An uploader who believes material was removed by mistake may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for reinstatement, and providing contact information and a signature. We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, label, unpublish, or delete content; limit features; suspend accounts; preserve evidence; or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe these Terms or the Community Guidelines were violated. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, safety, and legal risk. To request a review, email hello@poppinph.com.

Service availability and responsibility

Poppin Fanfics is currently in beta. Keep independent backups of all stories and chapters. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Poppin Fanfics is not responsible for indirect losses, lost drafts, user conduct, or third-party content.
