Community Guidelines

Poppin Fanfics is a place to read, write, and discuss fictional P-pop stories. Participate creatively, distinguish fiction from reality, and treat authors, readers, artists, and communities with respect.

What is welcome

• Original fan fiction and thoughtful, story-related discussion.
• Constructive feedback, respectful disagreement, and responsible shipping.
• Mature fictional themes and consensual sexual content involving adults when clearly labeled for adult readers.
• Correct group, character, status, maturity, and genre information that helps readers understand a story.

Mature content and reader discretion

Authors must add a “Mature” tag and a clear content warning when a story includes explicit sexual content, graphic violence, self-harm themes, abuse, substance use, or other material that may be unsuitable for younger or sensitive readers. Mature stories are for readers aged 18 or older. Readers are responsible for observing labels and deciding what they are comfortable reading.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual content involving minors, sexualized depictions of real people under 18, grooming, or exploitation.
• Sexual violence presented to encourage harm, non-consensual intimate material, bestiality, incest involving minors, or content that facilitates sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Credible threats, encouragement of violence, targeted harassment, bullying, hate speech, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
• Doxxing, private contact information, non-consensual intimate material, or instructions enabling stalking or abuse.
• Content that instructs, encourages, or glorifies real-world self-harm, dangerous acts, criminal exploitation, or terrorism. Fictional treatment of difficult themes is allowed when appropriately labeled and not presented as instruction or encouragement.
• Impersonation, fabricated statements presented as real celebrity news, deceptive links, spam, scams, malware, vote manipulation, or coordinated fake accounts.
• Copyright infringement, plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or attempts to evade a valid removal.

Comments and replies

Discuss the story rather than attacking the person. Do not pressure authors, post repeated promotional messages, reveal private information, or deliberately disrupt conversations. Authors may remove comments from their own stories, and commenters may remove their own comments.

Reporting content

Report a story, chapter, comment, reply, account, or safety concern by emailing hello@poppinph.com with the subject “Content Report.” Include the relevant URL, username, a clear explanation, and screenshots when useful. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Copyright owners should use the takedown process in the Terms of Use.

Reports are reviewed according to urgency, available evidence, context, and potential harm. Poppin Fanfics may remove content, restrict visibility, warn or suspend users, preserve records, or refer imminent safety concerns to appropriate authorities. This inbox is not an emergency service.

Appeals

If your content or account is moderated, you may request a review at hello@poppinph.com. Identify the account or content, explain why the decision should be reconsidered, and include relevant context. Repeated abusive appeals may be limited.
